What we collect on this site

The free score. When you ask for an AI Visibility Score we collect the website domain and the email address you type in. We use the domain to run the scan and the email to send you the score and follow up about it.

Booking a call or buying a sprint. When you book a call or start a Fix Sprint we collect your name, phone number, email address and business name so we can call you at the time you picked and do the work you paid for.

Server logs. Like every website, our server records standard request logs: the page requested, the time, your browser type, and your IP address. We store the IP address only as a one-way hash, which we use to limit abuse of the free scanner. We do not store your raw IP address.

Ad tracking codes. If you arrive from an ad, the link carries a campaign id and, for Meta ads, a click id. We keep those with your visit so we can tell which ad brought you here.

Rae, the assistant on this site. Rae is a scripted helper that runs entirely in your browser. What you type to Rae stays in your browser session and is not sent anywhere. If you ask Rae to pass a message to Ryan, the message is only sent when you choose to open the pre-filled email.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

We use the Meta Pixel on this site and Meta's Conversions API on our server to measure whether our ads work. Together they tell Meta that a page was viewed, a button was clicked, a score was requested, a call was booked, or a sprint was purchased.

What they send to Meta: the event name, the time, the page address, your browser type, the Meta click id and browser id if present, and, for a booking or purchase, a hashed version of your email and phone number so Meta can match the event to an ad view. Each event carries an id so the browser and server copies are counted once. We do not send your card details, your website score, or anything you typed into a form as free text.

Why: it is how we know which ad brought in the people who actually booked, so we can stop running the ads that do not work.

Meta's own handling of that data is described in the Meta Privacy Policy. To limit how Meta uses your activity from other businesses, including us, open your Meta ad settings and turn off "activity from ad partners" or "data about your activity from partners". You can also block the pixel with a browser content blocker; the site still works without it.

Stripe for payments

Payments for the Fix Sprint run through Stripe on Stripe's checkout page. Your card number goes to Stripe, never to us. We receive a payment reference, the amount, and the email address you gave Stripe, so we can confirm the order and start the work. Stripe's handling of your card data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone except the services named on this page that we need to deliver what you asked for: Meta for ad measurement, Stripe for payment, and our email and calendar providers to send your score and hold your call.

Your California rights

If you are a California resident you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing of it. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email rbolden@riscent.com from the address you used with us and tell us what you want. We answer within 45 days and will not treat you differently for asking.

How long we keep it

Lead records (score requests, bookings and the contact details on them) are kept for 12 months from the last contact, then deleted. Scan reports are kept for 7 days, then expire. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. Hashed server logs are kept for 90 days.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top and, for anything material, email the people it affects.
