The terms, in plain language.

What we do

We measure how well AI assistants and search engines can read, trust and recommend a business, and we fix the inputs they read: the Google Business Profile, the website's facts and structure, structured data, crawler rules and review setup. We also build websites and set up AI receptionists that answer calls and book jobs.

What we do not promise

No one controls what an AI assistant or a search engine says or ranks. We do not guarantee rankings, AI placement, mentions, leads, calls or revenue. What we do promise is the work itself, delivered as described in your written quote, and a before-and-after score so you can see what changed.

Quotes and prices

Prices on this site are starting points. Before any paid work begins you receive a fixed quote in writing that names the work, the price and the timeline. That quote is the agreement. If the scope changes, the quote is updated in writing before the extra work starts.

Payment

Payment is by card through Stripe. One-time services are paid before work begins. Monthly services are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled any month; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. We do not store card numbers; Stripe does.

The $297 credit

The AI Visibility Fix Sprint fee is credited in full toward any larger engagement started within 30 days of the sprint's completion.

Your part

Some work needs access you control: your Google Business Profile, your website or hosting, your phone system, your calendar. We tell you exactly what we need before we start. Delays in providing access extend the timeline by the same amount.

Ownership

Everything we produce for you (pages, structured data, profile content, configurations) is yours once it is paid for. Our tools, scanners and scoring methods remain ours.

The free score

The free AI Visibility Score is an automated reading of public information about a website. It is provided as is, for information. Do not run it against a site you do not own or have permission to assess.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Changes and contact
